Home Office priority service for CoS allocations and licence changes
We prepare and submit priority requests to UK Visas and Immigration on your behalf, with nothing to pay us upfront.
Overview
A faster decision when you need it
UK Visas and Immigration runs a priority service for Worker and Temporary Worker sponsors. It allows eligible sponsors to have certain changes to their licence, including requests for more Certificates of Sponsorship, considered ahead of the standard queue.
Places on the service are limited each day and requests must be made in a set format during UKVI's operating hours. Trustbridge Partners handles the request for you, so you can focus on your business while we work to secure a place.
Our main focus is additional undefined CoS allocations for sponsors who have no remaining allocation and need further undefined CoS for new hires or employee extensions.
We also handle priority requests for other sponsor licence changes, such as adding or changing Level 1 users, replacing or amending the Authorising Officer or Key Contact, appointing a representative and updating organisation details after a move to new premises. See all eligible request types.
Good to know
- Your change request must already be submitted in the Sponsor Management System (SMS).
- The request must not already have been allocated to a caseworker.
- UKVI accepts priority requests Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 17:00, subject to daily capacity.
- If accepted, UKVI emails a payment link. The £350 fee must be paid within 72 hours, including weekends.
- Acceptance into the priority service is not approval of the request itself.
